All German Shepherds are NOT alike!  Please do your research BEFORE you buy!  I help many people with German Shepherd pups & adults, that have various degrees of temperament problems, and some are very unsound dogs.  A cute puppy does not always turn into a wonderful adult.  Good, sound breeding is of the utmost importance, and I am always here to answer any questions about the breed, regardless of where you are looking to purchase a puppy.  Are the parents OFA certified to rule out hip problems? If the answer is no, look elsewhere!  A reputable breeder absolutely has hip & health clearances on the parents, and can tell you about the parents/grandparents of their puppies.  Have the parents been Temperament Tested?  If a German Shepherd cannot pass a temperament test,  what do you think the pups will be like?  Good temperament is not an accident, and yes, all puppies are cute & sweet, but think of the dog as a 100 lb. adult.  Can you handle a dog of this size with a severe attitude problem?  Make sure this breed is for you.  I believe the German Shepherd Dog is the best breed in the world, but it is NOT for everyone.
